Vincent Liemburg
Vincent Liemburg is een bevlogen en ervaren arbeidsrecht advocaat. Hij is in 2015 beëdigd en sinds 1 januari 2026 partner bij Hamer Advocaten. Hij staat zowel werkgevers als werknemers bij.
Vincent staat altijd klaar voor zijn cliënten en hij gaat voor het maximale resultaat, rekening houdend met de onderlinge verhoudingen. Het belang van zijn cliënten staat altijd voorop.
Cliënten waarderen zijn betrokkenheid, pragmatisme en deskundigheid. Vincent ontzorgt zijn cliënten volledig. Het onderhandelen over de voorwaarden van een vaststellingsovereenkomst is onderdeel van zijn dagelijkse praktijk. Hij is daarom een uitstekende onderhandelaar.
Voordat Vincent werd beëdigd als advocaat werkte hij jarenlang als griffier bij de rechtbank Midden-Nederland. Vincent weet daarom goed hoe rechters een zaak beoordelen en wat de slagingskansen zijn. Hij voelt zich erg thuis in de rechtszaal. Tijdens zijn studie was Vincent voorzitter van de sectie Arbeidsrecht & Sociale Zekerheid bij de Rechtswinkel Utrecht.
In het rechtsgebiedenregister van de Nederlandse arde van advocaten staat Vincent geregistreerd op het rechtsgebied arbeidsrecht. Vincent adviseert over alle arbeidsrechtelijke onderwerpen, zoals:

Vincent heeft verder veel ervaring in het geven van cursussen aan directies en HR-managers (o.a. inhouse) over bijvoorbeeld het ontslagrecht, dossiermanagement en medezeggenschap.
In 2000 heeft Vincent de Grotius Specialisatieopleiding Arbeidsrecht afgerond (cum laude). Hij is lid van de Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) en de Gooische Advocaten Vereniging (GAV). Vincent is naast zijn werk als advocaat bestuurslid bij Stichting Leergeld Utrecht. Vincent heeft ook ervaring als (onafhankelijk) lid van geschillen- / begeleidingscommissies en is daarvoor beschikbaar.

Vincent Liemburg is a passionate and experienced employment law attorney. He was sworn in as a lawyer in 2015 and, as of January 1, 2026, he is a partner at Hamer Advocaten. He represents both employers and employees.

Before being sworn in as a lawyer, Vincent worked for many years as a clerk at the Midden-Nederland District Court. During his studies, Vincent was chair of the Employment Law & Social Security section at the Utrecht Legal Aid Center.

He is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the Gooische Lawyers Association (GAV). In addition to his work as a lawyer, Vincent serves on the board of Stichting Leergeld Utrecht. He also has experience as an (independent) member of dispute or advisory committees and is available for such roles.
